About Me:

I have two teenage children. My son Chris plays the Saxophone and attends Bowling Green State University. My daughter Emily is interested in acting and singing, and will study Chemistry at Kent State in the fall of 2009.
Bob Martin invited me to join in 1994, when he was putting together the 1995 reunion show. I was playing trombone for the annual Memorial Day parade with the Chagrin Falls High School Alumni. I met Bob because I was the pediatrician for his family.

My Best ESB Memory:

I remember going to the Cleveland Agora in the summers of 1978-80 on Thursday nights when it was college ID night (free admission), and the pitchers of beer were dirt cheap. Although I didn't know any of the band members then, I knew they were the best local band in Cleveland and my friends and I could always count on a great time.

When I'm not with ESB I am:

I work in urgent care centers, for 2 companies which take me to Austintown, Cortland, Chesterland and Orange. My free time is often spent in my garden or in the pottery studio at the Chagrin Valley Art Center. I love growing Hostas, and I collect hundreds of different varieties and hybridize new ones, growing seedlings under lights in the winter. I'm also interested in Genealogy.

I would like to say:

Playing with Easy Street is a real privilege and I'm lucky that Trombone players are not easy to find. The guys in the band are among the most talented musicians I have ever met.
